The following delivery times apply to all countries:

     Order on working days before 16.00 clock: Same day shipping.
     Order on Fridays after 16.00 or on weekends: shipping on Monday.

Please note: Due to the high workload in the workshop, it may happen that bicycles are delivered one working day later. You will receive a notification from us.

Not at home?

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, DHL will make another delivery attempt the next working day. If the second delivery attempt fails, the shipment will be taken to the nearest DHL center. You can pick up the shipment there within a week. For more information, please visit the tracking link.
